Man sentenced to 65 years after pleading guilty to 2023 murder of 18-year-old
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – One of three men linked to a woman’s 2023 homicide was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to murder. A judge sentenced 25-year-old Rapheal Brown to 65 years in prison. Brown pleaded guilty in June to murder and attempted murder in the shooting of Jocelyn Bolf and her boyfriend.
