Pueblo beheading suspect in court
PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - New details unfolded Friday as Solomon Martinez, who’s accused of murdering and decapitating a woman, appeared in court for his preliminary hearing. Martinez was arrested on January 10th this year for allegedly killing Renne Portillo and dumping her body near the Fountain Creek. When officials found Portillo’s body, it was missing her head and right hand.

Michael Gonzales (39), who was previously featured on 11-04-2016, is described as a Hispanic male, 5’07” tall, 190 pounds, black hair and hazel eyes. Gonzales has four warrants. The first warrant is a no-bond warrant for Assault. He has a second no-bond warrant for Damage Property – Criminal Mischief. His third and fourth warrants are for Failure to Appear – Traffic Offense which includes Driving Under Restraint – Alcohol Related and Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol. His total bond amount is $4,500.

(KKTV) - The Pueblo Police Department tells 11 News they’ve received several reports of people getting calls from someone claiming to be with a cartel and saying they’ve kidnapped a person’s loved one. Like with a lot of spam calls, they then want you to go to your bank, take out money and wire it to them before they’ll give your loved one back.
