    SF weekend events: Cherry Blossom Festival, 420 comedy and more

    Shake it off, the workweek is over. We've got your weekly digest for things to do on your days off.

    • Here are a few on our radar.

    Friday

    🎤 Check out a special cannabis lounge takeover at the 420 Comedy Festival , 21+ only.

    • 8pm on Friday and Saturday at Moe Greens. Requires minimum purchase of $7.

    💃 Take an introductory class to learn Hawaiian hula or Tahitian dance at the Mahea Uchiyama Center for International Dance .

    • 7pm at 1800 Dwight Way No. 4 in Berkeley. Free. Registration required.

    Saturday

    ⛵️ Pay homage to National Safe Boating Week by sailing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding on the Bay with the Treasure Island Sailing Center . Activities are family friendly.

    • 10am-3pm at 698 California Ave., Building 112 in San Francisco. RSVP required.

    🦁 Participate in EarthFest at the San Francisco Zoo & Gardens , where you can hear about its conservation projects and network of sustainability partners.

    • 10am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $19-$31, free for children under 2.

    🏞️ Take advantage of Free National Parks Day , which allows free entry all day to national parks and monuments like Muir Woods and Yosemite.

    Sunday

    🌸 Cheer people on at the Cherry Blossom Festival parade, which will feature a procession of taiko drummers, dancers and decorative floats to celebrate the Bay Area's Japanese community.

    • Kicks off at 1pm at the Civic Center Plaza and ends in Japantown. Free.

    🌎 Learn about environmental and social issues — and how you can help — at San Francisco's annual Earth Day celebration .

    • 11am-7pm at The New Farm. Free.
