Light up the Midtown Greenway this Saturday at the Greenway Glow , a bike ride and art festival that largely takes place along the five-mile south Minneapolis biking/walking trail.

What to expect: Art installations, dance, music and theater performances and a "giant catapult" lining the sides of the trail, plus art hubs in Midtown, East Phillips and Seward at street level.

    • Cyclists can DIY their own route or join a community bike ride, which leaves from the Midtown Bike Center at 7pm, to the beer garden and main stage.

Details: Saturday from 4–10pm along the Midtown Greenway. Free, or get a $59 VIP ticket that includes two craft beers, appetizers, a glow necklace and door prizes.
