Sandlot Tulsa set to return to Connie Mack World Series
FARMINGTON – Sandlot Tulsa, coming off a championship game victory Sunday in the AABC Oklahoma Qualifiying Tournament, are headed back to the Connie Mack World Series. Last year under head coach Gunner Glad, the team made their CMWS debut and left quite an impression, beating the Midland (Ohio) Redskins 2-1 in bracket play before eventually being eliminated by the Colton (California) Nighthawks. The team finished the CMWS with a record of 2-5.
