    1 person taken to Kern Medical after being pulled out of Lake Ming

    BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — One person was hospitalized after they were pulled out of Lake Ming Monday afternoon, officials said.

    Kern County fire officials told 17 News CPR was administered to one person. The person was then taken to the hospital and their current condition is unknown.

    Video shared with 17 News showed several people going into the water to help get someone out of the water. The person appeared to be unconscious. The person in the water was eventually taken to shore where the good Samaritans rendered aid.

    No other details of the incident are immediately known.
