Pfizer’s $470 Million Pearl River Expansion Project Delayed
Pfizer’s ambitious $470 million project to expand its Pearl River campus has been postponed until at least the fall. The pharmaceutical giant had announced in 2022 its plans to build a new 260,000-square-foot facility, which would include 55,000 square feet of new laboratories in Rockland County.
