The Guardians have the best record in Major League Baseball after extending their winning streak to seven games by beating the Orioles 10-8 Tuesday night.

José Ramírez hit a big three-run home run and Bo Naylor had three hits, including his first career triple, to help lead the way for the Guardians. Gabriel Arias also had three hits and added his first career three-RBI game for Cleveland, which improved to 51-26 this season.

With the Philadelphia Phillies losing to Detroit on Tuesday, the Guardians now have the best record in MLB. Their .662 winning percentage is just ahead of the Phillies (.658).

Cleveland also has the best record in MLB against teams with winning records. The Guardians are 19-9 against teams over .500.

Tuesday, the Guardians hit the 10-run mark for the seventh time this season. They did it 11 times all of last season.

They needed all of that offense with Baltimore (49-30) scoring in each of the first four innings.

David Fry's two-out double drove in Ramirez in the first to get the Guardians going. Trailing 2-1 in the second, Cleveland retook the lead on Arias' two-run double.

Ramirez's three-run homer came with two outs in the fourth to cap a five-running inning, giving Cleveland an 8-4 lead it never relinquished. Ramirez has 21 home runs and 72 RBIs this season, and has homered in back-to-back games.

An RBI triple by Naylor and RBI single by Arias gave the Guardians two insurance runs in the eighth for a 10-7 lead.

Gunnar Henderson blasted his 25th homer of the season for the first of the Orioles' four long balls, but Baltimore's losing streak reached five games.

After starter Logan Allen yielded six runs in three innings, exiting after giving up back-to-back home runs to open the fourth, the Cleveland bullpen limited Baltimore to two runs in their six innings of work.

Guardians closer Emmanuel Clase pitched a scoreless ninth to earn his 25th save. It was the fifth time in the last seven nights Clase pitched, as he lowered his ERA to 0.65 in 38.1 innings. He has 39 strikeouts and just four walks.
