At 30 years old, running back Derrick Henry is ready to take on a new quest with a new team. By signing with the Baltimore Ravens in free agency, Henry is now after a Super Bowl ring, something that he has not been able to capture in his career.

Of course, coming to Baltimore to join the Ravens is a lot different than what Henry is used to. Every team has a different culture and after being with the Titans for eight years, Henry is going to have to get used to the change of playing for Baltimore.

As far as the actual offense goes, Henry made a bold statement by saying that it is everything that he has imagined.

"I don't want to get too much in no possibilities, but it's everything that I imagined,” said during media availably on Monday. “The work here, the culture the brotherhood that [the Ravens] have. [I'm] grateful to be here. [I'm] excited for the opportunity. Putting the work in now in training camp, just so the things that we want to happen will happen, but not getting to any possibilities or making any predictions. [We] just put the work in now and let it all come together when it's time to suit up and go get some 'dubs.'"

Going from a team that did not make the playoffs to a team that was in the AFC Championship is a big leap for Henry, but one that makes sense for this point in his career. At 30 years old, Henry has scored double-digit touchdowns for the last six seasons. That should continue with the Ravens, but he is going to have a lot more help around him with Lamar Jackson there to take the load off.

"[It's] just the playmakers that we have and their abilities. Playing against them and watching from afar and being their teammate – I think it's pretty cool,” explained Henry. “And [I'm] just excited to see what everybody does this year. And then putting the work in together through training camp on all three phases. Going out there, being explosive and doing great things to help this team and being a great offense."

Henry and the Ravens are only in training camp right now and have a couple of weeks until the first preseason game. Whether he plays in that game or not, it will not be long before Henry is playing in a Ravens jersey for the first time.
