John Harbaugh reveals message he shared with Ravens ahead of 2024 season

The Baltimore Ravens aren’t short on motivating factors ahead of the 2024 season. Last year, they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game, ending their season in heartbreak and disappointment.

Training camp is underway for Baltimore, and players want to establish chemistry and get back into a groove before the year begins. Head coach John Harbaugh recently shared a message with the team, highlighting vision and standards.

“There’s always a prevailing message and a couple of stories that kind of set the tone. But this year, probably as much as anything, it was vision, and it was standards, and the ability to meet the standard and raise the standard, and the vision that we’re working into in a lot of different areas. I had the chance to talk to a different guys, individually, and continue to do that about their vision. It’s amazing how aligned we are, person-to-person. As a coach, you look for that.”

Undoubtedly, the Ravens are competing for a Super Bowl in 2024. They have incredibly high standards for themselves both as a team and as individuals, and that mindset can help carry a group far if appropriately used.
