Baltimore Ravens Star Facing Backlash For Shaming Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles

Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey apparently isn’t a fan of good sportsmanship.

The three-time Pro Bowl CB seemed to take exception to U.S. gymnasts Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles honoring fellow gymnast Rebeca Andrade on the podium after all three medaled in the floor routine at the 2024 Paris Olympics on Monday morning.

Humphrey quote tweeted a photo of Biles and Chiles bowing with their hands in the air as Andrade took her place as the gold medal winner with the caption “This is literally disgusting.”

Of the 880-plus reposts the tweet has, more than 740 were quote tweets — the majority of which were criticizing Humphrey for his poor form, as were the majority of the 2,200 responses to the post, including former Ravens receiver Torrey Smith.

Andrade had overcome three ACL tears to get back to the Olympic stage, where she won her second-ever gold medal in the floor exercise to go along with her gold in vault at the Tokyo Olympics.

Biles and Chiles admitted they wanted to pay tribute to Andrade’s comeback story with the two planning the viral moment out while standing on the podium.
