SEATTLE — A 14-year-old boy who was fatally shot while riding a scooter in south Seattle last week has been identified. SEATTLE — Police are investigating after a woman was shot and killed in Capitol Hill early Monday morning. The incident occurred shortly before 12:30 a.m. on the 1000 block of East Pine Street in Seattle, according to police. Officers found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound, police said.
