Public Hearing - August 12, 2024 at 5 p.m.
The Fayette County Commission will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2024, at 5 p.m. at Fayette County Annex Building, 103 1st Avenue NW Fayette, AL 35555. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the County’s 2025 Solid Waste Management Plan. Information to be presented includes proposed revisions and additions from the 2015 Plan. Citizens are urged to express their views on the County’s new plan as well as any environmental concerns that the project may cause. All citizens are encouraged to attend to comment on the proposed activities.
