Former Central Connecticut baseball standouts Elliot Good and Jeff Nicol have signed professional contracts with the Ogden Raptors and Tri-City ValleyCats, respectively. Volleyball Honored With AVCA Team Academic Award
The Central Connecticut volleyball team was recognized with the American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award sponsored by INTENT for the 2023-24 season it was announced this week. The Blue Devils have earned the team academic honor for 18 consecutive seasons, which is the sixth-longest active streak in Division I. The team also earned the additional distinction of AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll, representing the top 20% of GPAs nationally by division.
