Blaine/Barton Road bridge reopens
BELMONT COUNTY, OHIO (WTRF) – Things are about to get a little bit easier for motorists in Belmont County. Lauren Borell with the Ohio Department of Transportation tells 7NEWS that the Blaine/Barton Road bridge has reopened.
