Peacham man charged after driving into a crowded street before local parade
Peacham, VT- A man is facing charges after driving a vehicle through a crowded street while parade preparations were underway. The incident happened around 9:00 a.m. yesterday morning on the Macks Mountain Road and Church Street area.
