Two people injured in crash in Hyannis
HYANNIS – Two people were injured after two vehicles collided in Hyannis shortly after 2 PM Monday. The crash happened on Falmouth Road (Route 28) at Bearse’s Way. A Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills ambulance responded to assist in patient transport. Traffic slowdowns were reported in the area while the scene was worked. Barnstable Police are investigating the cause of the crash.

Fire breaks out at house in Chatham
CHATHAM – Fire broke out at a house in Chatham shortly after 6:30 PM Sunday. Firefighters responded to the Lakeview Avenue location to find a fire in the attic. All occupants safely evacuated and no injuries were reported. Fire crews were able to quickly douse the flames and then checked for any further fire spread. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
