MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is in critical condition after a jet ski crash happened Sunday, July 14, on the Mississippi River near the I-40 Hernando de Soto bridge. The Memphis Police Department responded to the incident in the river, north of the bridge, just after 7:30 p.m. A witness told investigators that he and another man were riding jet skis when the other man accidentally went full throttle and crashed.
