STAUNTON, Va. (WVIR) - Pat Trice rescued a unique cat. She was going on vacation to Myrtle Beach when she saw the advertisement for it. “Being the superintendent of the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind, I’m very familiar with working with individuals who are blind, with children who are blind,” Trice said, “and I thought, you know, maybe this is a cat I should adopt.”
