BATH, N.Y. ( WETM ) – A Bath man was arrested last week in connection to a disturbance that took place in the Village of Bath.

Police say they were called to West Washington St. near West St. in the Village of Bath on Friday around 8:38 p.m. after receiving multiple reports about a fully naked man, later identified as Haynes, who was causing a disturbance.

After arriving at the scene, police say that they were met in the street by Haynes who they say was under the influence of “dangerous drugs” and was threatening to kill police officers and others. Haynes then allegedly spat in the direction of an officer and attempted to cause a physical altercation with police. After this, he was quickly taken into custody.
