    Bath woman sentenced to more than a year in prison on drug charge

    BATH, N.Y. ( WETM ) — A Bath woman will spend some time behind bars after being sentenced on a felony drug charge.

    According to the Schuyler County District Attorney’s Office, 27-year-old Alexis Larin was convicted in court on the charge of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the third degree, a class D felony.

    Larin was sentenced to 1.5 years in a New York State Prison and is required to do one year of parole after her release.

    The release states that Larin was found guilty of possessing lab equipment, reagents, and solvents used in the making of meth and that she knew another person was going to use them to make meth.
