In a turn of events connected to a recent homicide, Moyasar Osman Mohamed-Ahmed has been taken into custody following his voluntary surrender to law enforcement officials. On the afternoon of Monday, July 1, Mohamed-Ahmed contacted a deputy from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, inciting the arrest under a standing murder warrant.
