Three arrested for alleged attack on Olivia man
(Litchfield MN-) Three people have been arrested for an attack on an Olivia man who was found at the side of a rural Meeker County Road June 28th. 50-year-old Galen Serbus had been stabbed and struck by a motor vehicle, and was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment. Meeker County Sheriff Brian Cruze says they believe 20-year-old Arriyana Pillatzki from Pennock, 48-year-old David Pillatzki of Arco, and 26-year-old Tre Ertl of Litchfield brought Serbus to an area along 600th Avenue in Litchfield Township with the intention to rob him. Serbus was stabbed, struck by a vehicle, and left for dead. A passerby found him and called 911.
Three file for two Sartell council seats
Three men have filed as candidates for two positions on the Sartell City Council to be decided in the Nov. 5 general election. The candidates are Rustin Deters, Marshall Grams and Pat Lynch. The two incumbents in those open seats are Alex Lewandowski and Jill Smith, who both chose not to file for re-election.
