This high pressure system will mean very light winds throughout the day which will allow a sea breeze or west wind to develop in the early afternoon. This along with some additional moisture will bring showers and thunderstorms once again to the area. Now the rain chance is at 50%, meaning not everyone is going to see these pop-up storms during the mid afternoon through the early evening.
