The Cache Valley Media Group Top 25 Aggies of 2024 continues with the No. 23 player on the list, junior defensive tackle Bo Maile. Maile is the nephew of longtime assistant coach and former USU player, Frank Maile, and is entering his fourth season with the program. He redshirted in 2021 and has since appeared in 22 games across his redshirt freshman year in 2022 and sophomore 2023 campaign. He’s accumulated 12 tackles and one sack with a career-high three tackles coming in two of last year’s games, at Iowa and against Fresno State, and is primed for a breakout season with a potentially bigger role following the departure of some of the players ahead of him on the depth chart.

Utah State Softball Adds Shelby Thompson to Coaching Staff
LOGAN, Utah – Utah State head softball coach Todd Judge announced the addition of Shelby Thompson to his coaching staff on Friday. Thompson will serve as an assistant coach. Thompson joins the Aggies after a strong playing career as a pitcher at UC San Diego. There, she made 73 appearances and 38 starts in the circle in four years from 2021-24.
