Woman arrested after defecating outisde of church

BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A woman was arrested after defecating outside a Beckley church and was found lying in the yard.

On July 12, 2024, Beckley Police responded to a report of a suspicious person at 2014 S Kanawha St, at the King Anglican Church . The report involved a female who had defecated in the yard.

Upon arrival, police found the female lying in the yard. When they tried to identify her, she claimed to be part of the 81st Airborne and refused to provide identification. Police proceeded to arrest her and place her in the patrol car.

While interacting with her, police detected the smell of alcohol on her breath. The female was later identified as Jennifer Vincent. Due to her uncooperative behavior, she was taken to SRJ without undergoing processing.

The crime occurred within the city limits of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
