Beckley Gaming Expo gearing up for fifth year

BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — The Beckley Gaming Expo is returning to the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center at the end of this month.

The 5th annual event is promising to be the best one yet.

Desiree Christian, Event Organizer, said to come ready to game!

“For this year’s expo we have more games, more TVs than we’ve ever had before. We have about 35 to 40 consoles coming: anything from old Nintendo up to Playstation, XBox. We even have some arcade coming as well,” said Christian. “We do tabletop gaming, trading card gaming, and just a lot of in-between, just everything.”

Christian says they will have more tournaments for various games this year as well.

The Beckley Gaming Expo will be on July 27th from noon until 10 P.M.
