20-year-old's death in Manning draws state agents and a public plea
MANNING, S.C. — Manning Police are investigating the Wednesday shooting death of a 20-year-old man with help from the county deputies and state agents. A department spokesperson said deputies were called to the Bellwood area of town, where they found the victim, Christopher Forehand of Manning, with a gunshot wound.
