Atrium hospital earns Joint Commission spinal surgery accreditation
Charlotte, N.C.-based Atrium Health Pineville has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Advanced Certification in Spine Surgery. This is the third Atrium Health hospital to earn a surgery designation from The Joint Commission, and the facility is one of just 23 in the country to have a Gold Seal in spine surgery, according to a July 18 news release from the health system.
