Ohio deputies looking for man with a nationwide warrant out of West Virginia after he led officials on a chase and disappeared

Ohio deputies say they are looking for a man who has a nationwide warrant after they led officials, on Tuesday, on a chase and disappeared.

The Noble County Sheriff’s Office said they are looking for Timothy Shawn Wines, 53-years-old, from Washington County Ohio. Wines has a nationwide arrest warrant out of Jackson County, WV.

On Tuesday, The Noble County Sheriff’s Office said they attempted to stop a vehicle in Belle Valley earlier that morning.

Deputies say the vehicle ran off and after a several minute pursuit the Wines drove down a driveway through a yard to the back of a residence and ran on foot.

The Sheriff’s Office said they searched the area of Sr340 near Gorby Run Rd but had no luck finding Wines.

Sheriff Jason Mackie is asking the community to stay vigilant and call 911 to report any sightings of Wines.
