CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Duckstock is back for another weekend in the outdoors in Bellefonte.

Starting Friday, July 26 at 8 a.m., the public is invited to pitch a tent, park their camper or just stop by for the day for the annual Duckstock event.

The event, which takes place at Sickle Community Park along Old Curtain Road in Bellefonte, is helping raise money for the Milesburg Food Bank and Ricky Lapean as he battles cancer.

On Friday night there will be burgers, Texas dogs and pulled pork from 5 to 8 p.m. Lapean will also be broadcasting live on QWIK Rock 105.9 from 3 to 5 p.m. There will also be a 50/50, small games of chance, and a handgun raffle along with music, games and more.

There will also be fireworks on Saturday that will “knock your socks off” at 9 p.m.

Those who plan on attending must bring non-perishable food items to donate and have a valid ID. Those who show up empty-handed will be required to make a $20 donation.
