Traffic advisory: Watertown's Public Square & Factory Street
WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - A couple of projects in downtown Watertown could slow down traffic for some on Monday and for the next few days for others. One lane on the north side of Public Square will allow for installing an art project. The lane will be closed starting at 6 a.m. It will reopen by the end of the day.
