Wheeling Symphony concert to highlight Weirton Independence Day celebration
WEIRTON, W.Va. — The Wheeling Symphony Orchestra will be performing patriotic songs and Broadway hits to celebrate Independence Day on Friday at the Weirton Event Center. The concert is free.
