Rockers' skid continues against Rafters
The Green Bay Rockers still can't buy a win in the second half of the season, losing to the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 10-6 Saturday night. The Rockers jumped out to a 3-0 lead on Jake Bold and Mateo Matthews homered in the second inning, but a collection of base hits helped the Rafters tie the game in the bottom of the third. The Rafters would score five more times in the next inning, capped off by a grand slam by Max Mcgwire. The two teams would trade runs with each other in the latter innings with the Rockers rallying for two runs in the top of the ninth inning.
