    Multiple Arrests and Firearm Recoveries in Seattle Incident

    SEATTLE, WASHINGTON — Seattle Police arrested multiple suspects and recovered four firearms along with a stolen vehicle in South Lake Union last Sunday.

    On July 28 at 10:58 p.m., patrol officers responded to reports of individuals trespassing inside a hotel on the 100 block of Boren Avenue North. The suspects were linked to other incidents, including eluding a police vehicle in a stolen pickup truck.

    Upon arrival, several suspects fled. Officers managed to apprehend a 34-year-old suspect, who allegedly attempted to escape but was quickly taken into custody. This individual, a convicted felon, was allegedly found with a handgun. He faces charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, obstructing a public officer, and possession of methamphetamine.

    Another suspect, a 49-year-old convicted felon, was also found with a gun and arrested for driving with a suspended license in the first degree, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

    A 29-year-old suspect, identified as a validated Deuce-8’s gang member, was arrested on a $20,000 domestic violence assault warrant. He is also facing charges for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and a misdemeanor warrant for marijuana theft.

    A 25-year-old woman, a validated 30-Gang gang member, was arrested for obstructing a public officer after allegedly trying to conceal the stolen vehicle keys.

    All suspects were booked into King County Jail. Two additional firearms were recovered from the scene. The stolen vehicle was recovered, and narcotics were seized as evidence.

    The felony General Investigations Unit is handling the case, and additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
