Your local city governments have plenty to consider this week. Here's the rundown:

    Bentonville will vote on:

    • A $630,120 agreement with Town Branch Foundation to design an adult recreation center. A plan is due Sept. 1. The project is to be an addition to the downtown activity center.
    • Upping the budget for the Dave Peel Park design by $236,250. The city has added amenities like restrooms, public art and plaza space, according to city documents.

    Rogers will vote on:

    • Allotting $8 million for debris removal following the Memorial Day weekend tornadoes.
    • Authorizing the mayor to issue temporary permits to businesses that need to move temporarily because of the storm damage.

    Springdale will vote on:

    • Accepting an $80,000 grant from the Walton Family Foundation's Project for Public Spaces for grounds improvements at Shiloh Museum. The council will also consider spending $42,000 of the money on an outdoor stage and seating.
    • Accepting a $35,705 grant from the Walmart Foundation for an art installation outside Shiloh Museum.

If you go: 6pm online or at Bentonville City Hall, 6:30pm at Rogers City Hall and 6pm at Springdale City Hall.
