ROAD TO RADIANCE
Get ready for your close-up this summer with a slate of slimming superstars, from white-glove weight loss coaching to skin-tightening super-tech. Massages are deeply pampering, yes, but depending on the technique, they can also be used to promote healing, and in the case of lymphatic drainage massage, even boost your weight loss goals. The massage is a gentle technique that stimulates your natural lymphatic system, which is responsible for maintaining fluid balance in the body. Therapists use rhythmic movements to get the lymph fluid flowing, shedding toxins to aid in digestion, boost the metabolism, and decrease puffiness and inflammation. After the massage, people leave the table feeling lighter, slimmer, and more energetic. It’s also a rockstar therapy for feeding the immune system and fighting off any lingering summer colds.

Rethink Shade Ban
The following was addressed to Long Beach Township Mayor Joseph Mancini. While we are not residents of LBI we proudly display a sticker on our cars as a reminder of our favorite vacation site for over 20 years. My wife and I started coming to LBI from our hometown of Vineland. We now live near Washington, D.C. and rent a house on LBI for my children and our grandchildren, all 10 of us.
Thanks, Lifesavers
I am writing to publicly thank the Long Beach Township police and the volunteer emergency responders for saving the life of my husband. On Saturday, July 20 they arrived almost immediately after I made my early morning 911 call. Not only did they know what to do but they did it with skill, efficiency and calm from years of experience. It literally saved his life.
