Onsen Ramen, a popular eatery in Essex Junction, shut its doors last Friday after nearly two years in business. The ramen restaurant, which opened at its Pearl Street address in December 2022, was named for the natural Japanese hot springs some which attract snow monkeys − one of which featured in the Onsen Ramen logo.
