A 32-year-old Brandon man is facing his second operating while intoxicated offense after rolling over his vehicle on Fond du Lac County Highway TC Monday night and fleeing the scene on foot. The County Communications Center got a 911 call shortly before 7:30 about the crash near W11615 County Highway TC in the Town of Springvale. A pickup truck had rolled over and come to rest on its roof in the ditch. Before deputies got there a witness saw the driver of the pickup truck running west on the highway. Deputies located him near a residence. He was taken to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah with a serious arm injury. Investigators say the pickup was heading west. The driver began to leave the roadway, traveled into the south ditch and then back onto the roadway. The truck continued west before rolling over several times. It came to rest in the north ditch. Speed, failure to maintain control and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash. Brandon-Fairwater Fire Department, Brandon-Fairwater First Responders, and Lifestar Ambulance also responded to the scene.
