BERWICK, COLUMBIA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Three men have been charged after police say a street fight led to gun threats.

On March 28 around 10:50 p.m., officers were called to the 1800 block of Jessup Street for a reported disturbance.

Police say they learned a white car allegedly tried to run someone over, leading to a large argument in the street, and someone pulled out a gun and fired it.

Through further investigation, officers said three men, Benjamin Bartlow, Paul E. Bartlow Jr., and Paul Franklin Bartlow, used or planned to use a 9mm handgun, as they confronted the group on Jessup Street, which then resulted in the gun being fired off.

All three men have been charged with riot-plan to use a firearm/weapon.
