    Firefighters extinguish small outlet fire at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda

    BETHESDA, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Montgomery County firefighters were on the scene of a small fire at the Suburban Hospital in Bethesda on Monday morning.

    In a post on X at 7:15 a.m., David Pazos with Montgomery County Fire and Rescue said crews responded to 8600 Old Georgetown Road, near Lincoln Drive, for a small electrical fire.

    2 injured in crash on Baltimore-Washington Parkway in Prince George’s County

    Officials said the fire was in the ICU room and was quickly extinguished.

    There were no reported injuries.

    As of Monday morning, firefighters were working to clear out the smoke.
