14-year-old charged in fatal alcohol-related crash, Bellmead police say
BELLMEAD, Texas (KWTX) - The Bellmead Police Department says they’re investigating after a 14-year-old was charged in an alcohol-related crash that left one bicyclist dead. Police say on July 14, a 14-year-old was driving a vehicle when they hit 67-year-old bicyclist Dennis Welch, who died as a result of the crash.
Man who drowned in Waco identified by authorities
