Sherburne County Board OKs 10 lots in Big Lake Township

2024-02-10

Meadow Estates South, consisting of 10 residential lots on 37 acres in Big Lake Township, was approved by the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 6.

The site is located off County Road 83 by the future 174th Street.

The plat was proposed by Ziegler Custom Homes, in Elk River.
