Crime Reports: Abilene woman says someone cut fence, let horse escape

Incidents

2800 block of E Overland Trail – Theft of Property
A victim reported she hitched a ride with a truck driver and claims he took her phone and clothes after she left them.

5200 block of Twylight Trail – Assault Family Violence
Officers responded to a disturbance where two parties were claiming assault.

900 block of Bruce Way – Violation of Bond/Protective Order
A victim contacted police after her husband violated a protective order.

4200 block of Sherwood Drive – Burglary of Habitation
A burglary of habitation report was taken in south Abilene.

1500 block of Cherry Street – Criminal Mischief
A homeowner found part of her fence had been cut. Her horse escaped but was recovered.

1200 block of Roma Lane – Assault Family Violence
A victim was assaulted by a known suspect.

6800 block of Red Yucca Road – Assault Family Violence

1400 block of Cedar Street – Stalking
A report was taken for stalking during a disturbance.

4300 block of Antilley Road – Theft of Motor Vehicle
A south Abilene citizen reported his vehicle was stolen.
