Crime Reports: Abilene police respond to 5 family violence reports

Editor’s Note: The following arrest and incident reports were supplied by the Abilene Police Department. All information below comes from reports made by responding officers, and all suspects are considered not guilty unless determined otherwise in a court of law.

Incidents

500 block of Sammons Street – Assault Family Violence
Officers responded to a disturbance where a man allegedly assaulted a woman. A report was taken for Class A Misdemeanor Assault Family Violence.

8300 block of Thompson Parkway – Burglary of Vehicle
A victim reported that multiple items, including cash, debit/credit cards, a passport, and a social security card, were missing from their vehicle.

3400 block of East Highway 80 – Burglary of Vehicle
A work truck was broken into, and an electric tester and drills were taken.

1000 block of Plaza Street – Assault Family Violence
A victim claimed she was assaulted and wished to press charges.

2800 block of South 25th Street – Assault Family Violence
A victim reported she was assaulted, and the defendant was transported to TCJ without incident.

5300 block of Twylight Trail – Assault Family Violence
A report for assault family violence, specifically impeding breath, was filed at a location on the southside.

1000 block of Chestnut Street – Assault Family Violence
A 60-year-old man reported his 60-year-old girlfriend assaulted him.

Donnie Carrion – Warrant, Manufacturing/delivering a Controlled Substance

Shiloh Kalen – Possession of a Controlled Substance
