Mayors Monday: Weston Administrator Jami Gebert and Public Works Director Michael Wodalski
WESTON, WI (WSAU) — Two new water wells are online in Weston, but that won’t be the end of their water infrastructure upgrades. Public Works Director Michael Wodalski says the new wells will allow them to shift attention to cleaning up other issues without interrupting service. “We won’t have to worry about being low on water,” said Wodalski. “We can do well rehabs, clean up secondary contaminants like iron and manganese that cause aesthetic issues in some of our wells.”
AVA holds 'Summer Hummer' art exhibit
ANTIGO -- On Saturday evening, July 20, Antigo Visual Arts hosted its “Summer Hummer” art exhibit inside the Langlade County Historical Museum. Antigo Community Theater joined in the fun with a sketch comedy performance before the exhibit awards presentation. "ACT’'s summer-themed presentation was a unique and entertaining experience that appealed to all our visitors and members,” said Vicki Eldridge, AVA Gallery Director. “The performers showcased their creativity and talents by preparing the show in a short amount of time." ...
