Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul announced details of the settlement Monday, which requires Kerry Inc. to pay a total of $85,000 in forfeitures, surcharges and court costs to resolve violations of Wisconsin air laws related to its liquid smoke manufacturing facility in Manitowoc.

MARINETTE (WLUK) – The suspect in a double-fatal traffic crash made an initial court appearance Monday. Scott Mathis, 46, faces two counts of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
