(Otter Tail County, MN)--A woman from Otter Tail County has been arrested for allegedly stealing pull tabs. According to the report, Crystal Lynette Fulford, 63, of Perham, appeared in Otter Tail County District Court last week on felony theft charges related to the theft of over $62,000 in cash from pull tabs over multiple years and businesses in the Perham area. She has been charged with theft by swindle.
