Wanted man arrested in Lone Oak
LONE OAK, Ky. (KBSI) – A wanted man was arrested after sheriff’s deputies saw him driving in the Lone Oak area on July 24. Jason Chapman, 47 of Paducah faces charges of possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree/1st offense – methamphetamine Class D felony, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess – Class A misdemeanor and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited violation. Arrest warrants were also served.
2 arrested after copper wire stolen, drugs found
PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – Two people face charges after copper wires were stolen from a breaker box at a Paducah business. Jason C. Peace 50, of Paducah faces charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others greater than $1,000 less than $10,000, criminal mischief 1st degree, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense methamphetamine and two probation violation warrants.

On 07/20/2024, the Mayfield Police Department arrested Dylan Sanchez, age 23 of Mayfield, after receiving a call reporting Sanchez walking down the road while under the influence of intoxicants. During the investigation, it was determined that Sanchez was, in fact, under the influence and due to him being a danger to himself and others, he was placed under arrest. While placing Sanchez under arrest, he refused to follow the officers’ instructions, and began to resist. After a minor struggle, Sanchez was taken into custody, and charged with Alcohol Intoxication In A Public Place 1st offense and Resisting Arrest. Sanchez was transported to Marshall County Jail.
Two adults, two teens arrested after Paducah burglary
Two adults and two juveniles are facing McCracken County several charges following the burglary of a Paducah business on Monday. The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded at 4:32 am to an alarm at a business in the 5000 block of Benton Road, a location where previous burglaries and thefts had been reported. Deputies said they found broken glass, but no suspects still at the business when they arrived.
