Moderate-income housing coming to Keene
Development at Both Meadow Trail is expected to be completed by end of year. KEENE | Four newly constructed 900 square feet, two-bedroom cape-style homes will soon be available in Keene for people with moderate incomes in relation to others in the area. Construction will be completed for two in October or later and two more possibly in December. They will have one floor with an unfinished concrete basement. They will be constructed in such a way a second floor can be constructed more easily, should the homeowner eventually want that.
